Mindly is an international product company offering a marketplace for psychologists and clients. We are seeking an AI Marketing Designer to craft scroll-stopping ads across paid social, combining AI generation with storytelling to drive performance.

You will shape user acquisition through performance creatives on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more, collaborating with the Growth team and staying ahead of AI trends to scale campaigns.

Formación

• Experience creating AI-generated content specifically for performance/paid campaigns on major social platforms.
• Portfolio with actual ad creatives (not just organic content) is a big plus.
• Strong storytelling for short attention spans and conversion-focused hooks.
• Ability to identify trends early and adapt creatively.

Responsabilidades

• Create short-form and long-form AI-generated performance creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other paid social channels.
• Generate content hypotheses and rapidly test ideas.
• Analyze creative performance and iterate based on data.
• Research competitor ads, trending formats, and platform-best practices for paid social.
• Collaborate with Growth/Performance Marketing on briefs, test plans, and iteration cycles.
• Experiment with hooks, storytelling formats, editing styles, and ad concepts to fight fatigue.
• Stay up to date with AI image and video generation tools and produce ad variations at scale.
