Job summary

EverAI, powered by OpenKrill, seeks a senior performance marketer to own multi-channel acquisition, scale campaigns, and drive rapid growth. You’ll work directly with the CMO to optimize CAC and ROAS, test new channels, and build scalable funnels. Remote work is supported with fast-paced experimentation and data-driven decision making.

You will manage budgets, analyze CPA and retention, and coordinate with creative and product teams to push high-converting landing pages and campaigns forward.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition
• Proven track record managing large paid media spends
• Ability to own campaigns from planning to optimization
• Experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native platforms
