Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Sr. Performance Measurement Analyst to oversee data management, reporting, and analysis to improve delivery and efficiency across the division.

Responsibilities include creating monthly/quarterly performance data, reconciling discrepancies, and supporting audits and incentive plans. The role requires strong Excel expertise, banking experience, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years experience in a banking environment.
• 5+ years in a performance measurement, performance analysis or performance administration role.
• 3+ years Microsoft Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, produce and distribute new and existing ad-hoc performance reports and calculations for rankings, measurements, incentives, etc.
• Perform, audit and reconcile performance results, account postings, transactions and other measurements; identify discrepancies and create monitoring spreadsheets.
• Retrieve and prepare performance measurement and audit tools for use during rankings, reviews, campaigns, and incentives.
• Assist with annual and quarterly audits; prepare audit reports for internal and external use.
• Stay updated on reporting standards and regulatory requirements; ensure compliance with policies.
• Complete all required training.
