Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a National Performance & Business Intelligence Leader to establish and run performance management and BI across the national Mortgage business. You’ll provide insights on production, profitability, and operations, and serve as a strategic partner to leadership.

You will drive scorecards, forecasting, and executive reporting while partnering with Finance, Risk, and Technology to standardize metrics and automate processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 12 years in financial services and 8+ years in management.
• Strong communication and analytical capabilities for executive stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead national Mortgage performance management, BI, and reporting.
• Develop integrated Mortgage performance scorecard and KPIs.
• Drive governance, standardization, and self-service BI capabilities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Capital Markets, Product, and Channels.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

12+ years of experience in Financial Services

8+ years of management experience
