Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Senior Performance Measurement Analyst in the Private Bank & Wealth Management division to support sales analytics and incentive compensation initiatives. You will build reports and dashboards, validate data from multiple systems, and assist with compensation plan administration.

You’ll collaborate with executive leadership to deliver timely insights, develop dashboards in Tableau and data tools, and contribute to budget and audit processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial analysis and/or sales analysis experience.
• 2+ years of sales performance reporting and/or compensation analytics experience.
• 3+ years advanced Excel experience with complex formulas, macros, and PivotTables.
• 1+ years working with SQL or similar database query tools (SQL, Snowflake, Python, or Alteryx preferred).
• Experience with incentive compensation plans is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to measure sales performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Integrate data from multiple systems to create coherent datasets for analysis.
• Produce routine performance reports, scorecards, and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
