Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4+ years of engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience developing robotics and machine perception systems in C++.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• 3+ years of experience with OpenCV and the Point Cloud Library (PCL).
• Proficient in modern C++ with RAII, STL, templates, and contemporary language features.
• Proficient in Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience building robust, production-grade software systems.
• Experience maintaining and extending large-scale software libraries.
• Proficient with ROS and other robotics middleware frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with parallel computing technologies (TBB, CUDA).
• Strong background in linear algebra libraries such as Eigen.
• Background applying machine learning techniques to real-world problems.
• Proficient with modern version control workflows using Git.
• Familiar with agile development practices and CI/CD pipelines.
