Contoro Robotics, an Austin-based startup, seeks a Senior Robotics Engineer specializing in perception and sensor fusion to advance our autonomous warehouse solutions from prototype to production. You will lead perception, calibration, and localization efforts for reliable operation in constrained environments.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in robotics perception and at least 2 years in a senior role, with strong C++, Python, ROS experience and hands-on work with LiDAR, cameras, and IMUs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in robotics perception and sensor fusion.
• 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, CS, EE, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perception & Computer Vision: detect and estimate 6-DoF poses and 3D dimensions of objects under occlusion.
