Job summary

The role requires a BS in Chemical Engineering or related field with 5+ years in chemical manufacturing, including 3+ years in peptides or small molecules and demonstrated process optimization and root cause analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline with 5+ years chemical manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing/process engineering related to peptides or small molecules.
• Experience with scale‑up and/or technology transfer (internal plant or external CMO).

Responsibilities

• Lead or support tech transfers and scale‑up from development through PV and commercial supply.
• Translate process intent into operating strategies and PV readiness at CMs.
• Support engineering runs and PV readiness through optimization and performance trending.
• Identify process knowledge gaps impacting equipment and process capability.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for major incidents.
