We are seeking an experienced PeopleTools Specialist to manage architecture, installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing operation of enterprise PeopleSoft environments.

The role is fully remote in the U.S. and requires 6+ years of experience with PeopleSoft, strong scripting skills, and familiarity with WebLogic, Tuxedo,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or related field required.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
• Hands-on with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM.
• Strong knowledge of WebLogic, Tuxedo, Oracle DB and Linux/Unix.
• Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and PeopleSoft Cloud Manager.
• Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support PeopleSoft environments.
• Perform PeopleTools upgrades, PUM image applications, and patching.
• Administer WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and app servers.
• Manage Elasticsearch/OpenSearch for PeopleSoft.
• Perform system refreshes, clones, migrations, and HA/DR activities.
• Develop automation using Shell, Python, or Ansible.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain docs.
• Mentor junior engineers and support production environments.
