Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Developer for a 100% remote role in the United States. You will design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for PeopleSoft applications including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions, owning the technical implementation of business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• SQR and BI Publisher experience.
• Strong SQL skills and PeopleSoft data model knowledge.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.
• Own the technical implementation of business requirements, partnering with functional consultants.
• Ensure custom developments meet enterprise standards for quality, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to upgrades and patches while maintaining clean-customization principles.
