Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Technical Consultant to design, develop, and support customizations and integrations across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. You will own technical implementations, collaborate with functional consultants, and ensure quality, security, and maintainability of all developments.

You will apply deep hands-on expertise in PeopleTools, Application Engine, and related tools, while guiding junior developers and aligning work with upgrade

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PeopleSoft customizations using Application Designer (pages, components, records, fields, PeopleCode).
• Build Application Engine programs for batch processing and data conversion.
• Develop Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and File Layouts for integrations.
• Build SQR and BI Publisher reports with performance tuning.
• Implement and maintain AWE configurations and notifications.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure durable, well-documented solutions.
• Lead unit testing and support UAT and hypercare.
