Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Framework Developer for a fully remote role in the United States. You will own architecture, installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing operations of enterprise PeopleSoft environments, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PeopleSoft/PeopleTools experience, strong Oracle/Linux skills, and familiarity with automation tooling and cloud integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience.
• Hands‑on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM.
• Strong experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, and PeopleSoft application/process scheduler servers.
• Experience administering Elasticsearch/OpenSearch in support of PeopleSoft.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Database administration.
• Strong Linux/Unix skills and shell scripting experience.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft Cloud Manager or equivalent automation tooling.
• Experience operating HA/DR for PeopleSoft.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture, installation, configuration, and upgrades of enterprise PeopleSoft environments.
• Manage ongoing technical operation of the PeopleSoft platform and integrations.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and operations teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code and design reviews.
