Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Solutions Developer to design, develop, and support custom PeopleSoft modules across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions in a 100% remote environment.

You will own technical implementations, collaborate with functional consultants, and ensure code quality, security, and maintainability while upgrading and extending enterprise applications for diverse clients across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands‑on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications.
• Own the technical implementation of business requirements and partner with functional consultants.
• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability per enterprise standards.
