Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Developer to design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements for enterprise PeopleSoft applications including HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions. In this role you will own the technical implementation and ensure quality, security, and maintainability across projects.

The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode experience, plus expertise in Application

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Solid experience with Application Engine, Component Interfaces, and Integration Broker.
• Hands-on experience with SQR and BI Publisher.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with the PeopleSoft data model.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Working knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PeopleSoft customizations using Application Designer.
• Build Application Engine programs for batch processing and ETL workloads.
• Develop Component Interfaces, Integration Broker services, and File Layouts.
• Build SQR and BI Publisher reports with performance tuning.
• Implement and maintain AWE configurations and notifications.
• Develop nVision reports for financial reporting purposes.
• Lead unit testing and support UAT and hypercare.
• Optimize SQL performance against PeopleSoft data models.
• Document technical designs and operational procedures.
• Mentor junior PeopleSoft developers and provide technical guidance.
