Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Technical Developer for a 100% remote role in the United States. The candidate will design, develop, and support customizations, integrations, and enhancements across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions, owning the technical implementation of business requirements.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of PeopleSoft development experience, strong expertise in PeopleTools, Application Engine, and Integration Broker, plus solid SQL skills and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft technical development experience.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, and PeopleCode.
• Experience with Application Engine, ComponentInterfaces, and Integration Broker.
• SQR and BI Publisher proficiency.
• Strong SQL skills and PeopleSoft data model knowledge.
• Familiarity with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions data structures.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft upgrades and patches.
• Knowledge of Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support customizations for PeopleSoft applications.
• Lead technical implementation of business requirements with functional consultants.
• Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability across implementations.
