Job summary
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a PeopleSoft Tech Analyst III to serve as a senior technical resource within the PeopleSoft IT&S team, supporting enterprise business applications across RWJBarnabas Health. This role provides advanced PeopleSoft development, application support, technical troubleshooting, system integration, and project leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 10-15 years of IT experience, including at least 7 years of PeopleSoft technical development or equivalent work experience
- Strong PeopleSoft SCM and HCM technical development and support experience
- Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft application design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance
- Experience with SQL, PeopleCode, and PeopleSoft Fluid development
- Experience supporting complex enterprise PeopleSoft applications
- Experience leading technical projects, prioritizing assignments, and coordinating technical work
- Ability to obtain and maintain applicable application certification
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining PeopleSoft SCM and HCM applications
- Developing technical solutions using PeopleCode, SQL, Fluid, Component Interface, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, and related PeopleSoft technologies
- Serving as a senior technical resource for complex PeopleSoft application issues and development needs
- Leading technical projects, developing specifications and project plans, coordinating technical resources, and communicating project status
- Supporting PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, new releases, integrations, interfaces, and application enhancements
- Troubleshooting application issues, performing root cause analysis, and resolving incidents and technical problems
- Managing incidents, service requests, and migration activities through ServiceNow
- Supporting application administration, change control, security, documentation, monitoring, and maintenance activities
- Collaborating with database, infrastructure, operating system, security, and vendor teams to maintain reliable PeopleSoft environments
- Supporting system audits and regulatory compliance requirements, including HIPAA and PCI-DSS
