Samaritan's Purse in Boone, NC seeks a PeopleSoft HCM Business Systems Analyst III to join the Information Technology team onsite. This role focuses on optimizing human resources systems, gathering requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements.

The ideal candidate has a strong IT background, experience with enterprise systems, and a Biblical Studies credential requirement of 12 credit hours; on-site collaboration with a faith-driven mission is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with 4+ years supporting enterprise systems.
• Experience with HR/payroll or related modules is preferred.
• Ability to document requirements and collaborate with technical teams.
• Biblical Studies coursework (12 credit hours) required or available upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Analyze needs and recommend process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, and data integrity for PeopleSoft HCM.
• Develop user documentation and training materials.
• Provide ongoing user support and stakeholder collaboration.
