Job summary

Princeton University’s Office of Information Technology seeks a Senior Developer/Analyst II to act as a technical expert for the PeopleSoft HCM application. You will analyze needs, customize, report, and build bolt-on solutions within ERP, ensuring high performance and scalable results.

You will design interfaces, support HR-related offices, and collaborate with ERP peers to drive improvements while staying aligned with Agile/Waterfall methods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a PeopleSoft developer/analyst with business analysis experience.
• Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM modules: HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Self Service.
• In-depth PeopleSoft architecture knowledge and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requests and design solutions within the PeopleSoft environment.
• Develop interfaces between new and existing systems and collaborate with business partners.
• Support HR, Dean of the Faculty, and Finance offices and perform testing and maintenance.
• Lead with innovation while following Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
