Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Michigan is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst/Programmer to lead analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation for PeopleSoft-based ERP applications. You’ll define scope, formulate solutions, and guide teammates through implementation and support within a 24x7 production environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
7 years of applicable work experience; 5 years in healthcare preferred.
Expertise with Oracle PeopleSoft v9.x HR and/or Finance/Supply Chain modules.
Expertise with PeopleTools 8.5x and related tools (Application Designer, PeopleCode).
Experience with PS Query, SQL; performance tuning experience preferred.
Experience with at least two major PeopleSoft implementations/upgrades.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation on PeopleSoft applications.
Formulate and define system scope and objectives based on user needs.
Mentor and guide teammates; provide troubleshooting and on-call support in a 24x7 environment.
