Job summary

Princeton University’s Office of Information Technology seeks a Senior Developer/Analyst II to act as a technical expert for PeopleSoft HCM. This role analyzes customer needs and develops customizations, reports, interfaces, and bolt‑ons while supporting operations and testing.

Responsibilities include requirement analysis, design of interfaces, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure scalable, high‑performance ERP solutions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a PeopleSoft developer/analyst with business analysis experience.
• Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft architecture and tools (PeopleTools, SQR, SQL).
• Strong communication, teamwork and ability to translate needs into technical design.
• Experience with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requests, model requirements, and design solutions in PeopleSoft HCM.
• Develop interfaces between systems and ensure scalable, high‑performing solutions.
• Provide operational support, testing, and documentation updates.
• Lead in researching new technologies to improve business processes.
