Qualifications

• 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience.
• Strong PeopleSoft technical architecture background.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft modernisation / transformation leadership.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong integration and enterprise architecture experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills.
• Federal Government experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead PeopleSoft HCM architecture and technical strategy.
• Support migration and modernisation of PeopleSoft environments.
• Develop architecture for OCI / Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Design integration strategies between PeopleSoft and other enterprise platforms.
• Provide technical leadership across HCM modernisation initiatives.
• Work with business, functional and technical stakeholders.
• Define technical standards, patterns and best practices.
• Support solution design, documentation and implementation.
• Provide architectural guidance to development teams.
