Alldus is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Architect to lead the architecture and technical strategy for a federal modernization programme. You will shape the PeopleSoft HCM stack and drive cloud migration initiatives.

The role requires hands-on leadership in OCI-based solutions, strong integration design, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant enterprise platforms.

We are seeking a senior PeopleSoft HCM Architect to support a large-scale Federal Government modernisation programme.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PeopleSoft technical leader with strong HCM experience and a background in cloud migration, OCI and modernisation programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead PeopleSoft HCM architecture and technical strategy
• Support the migration and modernisation of PeopleSoft environments
• Develop architecture for OCI / Oracle Cloud solutions
• Design integration strategies between PeopleSoft and other enterprise platforms
• Provide technical leadership across HCM modernisation initiatives
• Work with business, functional and technical stakeholders
• Define technical standards, patterns and best practices
• Support solution design, documentation and implementation
• Provide architectural guidance to development teams

This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who can combine deep PeopleSoft knowledge with modernisation and cloud architecture expertise

Required Experience:

• 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience
• Strong PeopleSoft technical architecture background
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft modernisation / transformation leadership
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Strong integration and enterprise architecture experience
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
