Job summary

Astute Business Solutions is seeking a senior PeopleSoft Technical Lead & OCI Cloud Architect to guide architecture, migration, upgrade, and ongoing management of enterprise PeopleSoft environments. This remote, full-time role requires hands-on leadership, customer engagement, and collaboration with Astute’s delivery teams.

The candidate will migrate legacy PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, modernize environments, perform upgrades, and support the expanding OCI managed services practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience administering enterprise PeopleSoft environments.
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.58 or later.
• Experience designing or supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, install, configure, and support PeopleSoft 9.2 environments and current PeopleTools releases.
• Lead PeopleSoft migrations, upgrades, and environment refresh activities.
• Design OCI Compute, Networking, Storage, and Security architectures for enterprise workloads.
• Configure and optimize OCI networking, security lists, load balancers, and IAM components.
• Mentor technical teams and establish repeatable managed-services standards.
