Job summary

Alldus is seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Architect to lead the architecture and technical strategy for a federal modernization programme. You will shape the PeopleSoft HCM stack and drive cloud migration initiatives.

The role requires hands-on leadership in OCI-based solutions, strong integration design, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience.
• Proven modernisation and transformation leadership.
• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM domain.
• Experience with OCI and cloud migration.
• Excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead PeopleSoft HCM architecture and technical strategy.
• Oversee migration and modernisation of PeopleSoft environments.
• Design OCI / Oracle Cloud solution architectures.
