Job summary

Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft Developer to advance our HCM solutions. You will design, build, and support complex PeopleSoft components across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, and more in on-prem environments with potential OCI migration.

The role requires strong PeopleSoft expertise, SAFe/Agile collaboration, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with analysts, testers, and developers in a federal/government context.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years hands-on PeopleSoft development experience, incl. 3+ years in HCM in government or similar enterprise environments.
Expertise with PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, Process Scheduler, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, and SQL.
Experience with on-prem PeopleSoft; OCI cloud migration is desirable.
Ability to work independently within SAFe/Scaled Agile teams.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and support PeopleSoft HCM customizations and interfaces.
Support modules like Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Self-service.
Perform root-cause analysis and resolve data, performance, and integration issues.
Collaborate with analysts, testers, DBAs, architects, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
Support PUM updates, de-customization, upgrades, and environment synchronization.
Participate in SAFe ceremonies and use Azure DevOps to track work.
Create and maintain technical design and release documentation.
Other duties as assigned.
