Job summary

BART & ASSOCIATES, LLC is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Program Manager to lead a federal government contract key mission. The role directs SAFe Agile activities, operational support, governance, cloud optimization, and compliance with NGA and DoD requirements, guiding cross-functional teams and program increments.

The ideal candidate has extensive PeopleSoft HCM experience in DoD environments, PMP certification, and a TS clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field/major - OR - Five (5) additional years of experience in lieu of a degree in Information Technology
• Ten (10) years of PeopleSoft HCM experience in an Intelligence or Department of Defense (DoD) agency
• PMP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall program planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage program scope, budget, schedule, and risk
• Oversee PeopleSoft HCM initiatives and ensure compliance with DoD requirements
• Communicate program status to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a secure environment
