Job summary

Spatial Front, Inc. seeks a skilled PeopleSoft Developer to support federal HR modernization programs, focusing on on-premise PeopleSoft HCM, with potential OCI migration in the future.

The role requires designing, developing, testing, and documenting complex PeopleSoft solutions, collaborating with business analysts, testers, leads, and other developers in a SAFe environment, and participating in deployment activities across development, test, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft development experience, including 3+ years in HCM within federal government or similar complex enterprise.
• Experience with PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher/XML Publisher, and SQL.
• Experience with on-prem PeopleSoft; cloud migration considerations are a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a SAFe/Scaled Agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support PeopleSoft HCM customizations and interfaces.
• Support Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, Position Management, and Self-Service modules.
• Perform root-cause analysis for defects and performance bottlenecks across processes.
• Coordinate with analysts, SMEs, testers, DBAs, architects, and release managers.
• Participate in SAFe ceremonies and use Azure DevOps to track work.
• Develop and maintain technical design and migration documentation.
• Support PUM image adoption and environment synchronization.
• Other duties as assigned.
