Job summary

DAn Solutions is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to support mission-critical HCM applications in a secure government environment. The role covers the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to production support and enhancements.

The ideal candidate has extensive PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleTools, SQL expertise, and the ability to work with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM experience.
Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.62+ in a three-tier architecture.
Proficient in SQL and PeopleTools components.
Experience across full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for complex environments.
Proven production support, troubleshooting, and release management capabilities.
Excellent communication with technical teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

Responsibilities

Develop technical design specifications based on requirements.
Configure and customize PeopleSoft applications to meet customer needs.
Code, test, and implement new functionality and enhancements.
Test and validate solutions against requirements.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical/functional documentation.
Provide Tier 2 production support and issue resolution.
Support functional testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to define requirements and solutions.
Perform production activities as needed outside normal hours.
