Job summary

Lane County Technology Services seeks a Senior Programmer and Systems Analyst to support PeopleSoft development, administration, and production operations for Lane County and partner agencies. You will work with technical staff, analysts, and stakeholders to maintain and enhance enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Four years of systems analysis and programming experience with enterprise applications.
• Extensive experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials and/or HCM environments.
• Advanced proficiency with PeopleTools components (PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, App Packages), SQR, SQL, PS Query, BI/XML Publisher, and Integration Broker.
• Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Finance or related business processes.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, implementations, PUM cycles, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Provide PeopleSoft development and technical support across modules.
• Develop and maintain PeopleSoft components (PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, App Packages, SQR, BI/XML Publisher, PS Query).
• Support environments, patches, updates, PUM cycles, testing.
• Troubleshoot issues in HCM, Finance, and cross-module areas.
• Support integrations, workflow enhancements, and configuration adjustments.
