• 10+ years supporting Texas state government agencies.
• 10+ years supporting enterprise application systems in a technical capacity.
• 10+ years of strategic planning, roadmap development, and stakeholder communication.
• 10+ years presenting to executive leadership.
• 10+ years of technical project management experience supporting statewide ERP programs.
• 10+ years interpreting contracts and managing vendor compliance.
• 10+ years of experience with data integration and SDLC methodologies.
• 10+ years of technical experience with PeopleSoft products and SQL.
• 10+ years supporting statewide ERP production and deployment activities.
• 8+ years of IT Service Desk and ITIL experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level consulting and technical support for statewide ERP systems.
• Oversee requirements, development, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC standards.
• Review technical designs, specifications, and system architecture.
• Analyze business processes and evaluate ERP solution fit.
• Perform Level 2 Service Desk support, troubleshooting complex issues.
• Support disaster recovery testing and production deployments.
