Infojini Inc in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to provide functional and technical analysis for PeopleSoft HRMS and Financials. You will drive complex Chart Field redesigns and optimize timekeeping/payroll-to-GL integration.

The role requires 10+ years of Peoplesoft BSA experience in the public sector, cross-pillar governance, and collaboration with stakeholders and developers.

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will provide functional and technical analysis support for

PeopleSoft HRMS and Financials systems, working closely with the existing PeopleSoft team, business stakeholders, and technical developers.

They will work as a senior functional/techno-functional Finance lead with strong cross-over HRMS

knowledge, specifically hired to drive complex Chart Field redesigns, optimize timekeeping/payroll-to-GL integration and execute clean financial and payroll year-end close cycles.

Core Focus Areas

Chart Field Redesign & Accounting Structure:

• Re-architecting COA (Chart of Accounts), trees, combo edits, and distribution templates across GL, AP, PO, and Project Costing.
• Managing data conversion/mapping from legacy to new ChartField structures.
• Expert in Time & Labor (T&L) and Absence Management integration into North American Payroll.
• Designing and troubleshooting cross-pillar labor distribution accounting entries into General Ledger (PAYGL01 / PAYGL02).

Year-End Financial & Payroll Processing:

• FSCM Year-End: Ledger close routines, rollover of encumbrances/PO balances, asset capitalization, 1099 processing, and open-period cutovers.
• HCM Year-End: T&L leave balance adjustments, payroll tax reconciliations, and W-2/year-end balance verification.

Cross-Pillar Governance: Aligning HR/Payroll cost-centre changes directly with Finance reporting rules to prevent interface rejects and unbalanced journals.

Level of Education:

• B.S. or B.A. Degree (Degree in computer science or related field)

Years of experience:

• 10 or more years of experience as a Peoplesoft Business Systems Analyst (BSA) on Peoplesoft Financials and HRMS
• Experience in Public Sector as a BSA on the Peoplesoft HRMS/Finance Applications
• Experience with ticketing systems, working in a team
