Job summary

Largeton Group in the D.C. area seeks a PeopleSoft Finance Lead Developer (Functional Analyst Level 3) to analyze financial processes, configure and support PeopleSoft modules, and drive integration with external systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance IT.
• 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Financials.
• Strong experience with finance-related business processes.
• Expertise with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements for financial management.
• Configure, maintain, and support PeopleSoft Financials modules.
• Develop and customize PeopleSoft apps using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, App Engine, CI, and Integration Broker.
• Integrate PeopleSoft Financials with third-party apps and support data migration.
• Provide both technical and functional support, troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Assist with financial close, audits, and design documents.
• Develop complex SQL queries and reports; maintain admin tools.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to implement enhancements.
• Prepare business requirements docs, report mockups, and user training.
• Ensure application quality through peer reviews and best practices.

Job Summary PeopleSoft Finance Lead Developer (Functional Analyst Level 3)

Location: D.C Area (Hybrid)

• Analyze business processes and gather requirements related to financial management, accounting, procurement, and finance operations.
• Configure, maintain, and support PeopleSoft Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, AM, Cash Management, Chart of Accounts).
• Develop and customize PeopleSoft applications using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
• Integrate PeopleSoft Financials with third-party applications and support data migration/conversion activities.
• Provide both technical and functional support for PeopleSoft Financials applications, including troubleshooting and process improvement.
• Assist with financial close processes, audits, and the creation of functional design documents and solution diagrams.
• Develop complex SQL queries and reports; maintain in-house administration tools to support business processes.
• Collaborate with developers and analysts to implement new features and enhancements.
• Prepare business requirements documentation, report mockups, and deliver user training and knowledge transfer on new functionalities.
• Ensure application quality through peer reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Required: Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience), 8+ years in PeopleSoft Financials, strong experience in finance-related business processes, expertise with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.), and excellent communication skills.
• Preferred: Master s degree, PeopleSoft certification, experience with cloud deployments and ERP modernization.
