Job summary

Luna Data Solutions, Inc. in Austin, TX, seeks a seasoned PeopleSoft Developer for a long-term contract with a public agency. Focus on Benefits and Pension Administration, data mapping from PeopleSoft to the new system, and advanced analysis.

Responsibilities include writing complex PeopleSoft programs (SQR, PeopleCode, Application Engine), designing pages, and integrating with third-party apps via web services. Strong SQL/Oracle skills required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools development.
• 3+ years of PeopleSoft development experience with Benefits Administration and Pension Administration.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL with an Oracle database.
• 3+ years of experience of writing SQR programs and PeopleSoft PeopleCode.
• 3+ years of experience of doing in-depth data analysis.
• 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Application Engine programming.
• 1+ year of PeopleSoft XML Publisher experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs highly advanced analysis and development of all PeopleSoft applications and modules.
• Performs advanced data analysis and assists in data research for mapping rules.
• Writes, tests, and debugs complex PeopleSoft programs like SQR and PeopleCode.
• Designs and develops complex PeopleSoft Pages and Components.
• Assists ETL developers and users in defining data mapping rules and estimates work items.
• Provides technical guidance during implementation and supports integration with third-party apps via web services.
