Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience with Peoplesoft PeopleTools development.
• Experience with SQL with an Oracle database.
• Experience with SQR programming and PeopleCode.
• Experience with XML Publisher reporting.
• Experience with web services integration.
• Ability to map data between PeopleSoft and new systems.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced PeopleSoft systems analysis and programming for Benefits and Pension Administration.
• Create data mapping rules from PeopleSoft to the new system.
• Assist ETL developers, testers, business analysts and users with data mapping and estimates.
• Write and debug complex PeopleSoft programs (SQR, Application Engine, PeopleCode).
• Design and develop complex PeopleSoft Pages and Components.
• Work with integration tools and web services to connect with third-party apps.
• Prepare technical design documents and assess effort for new or enhanced systems.
• Attend regular meetings and adhere to agency policies.
