Hover is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor to leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations. This role shapes org design, elevates leadership effectiveness, and embeds strong performance practices with a true seat at the table.

You will diagnose root causes, coach managers, and guide teams through moments of transition as Hover scales. The position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, inclusive

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR/People/OD, including 3+ years partnering with VP-level or above
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and/or Revenue Operations
• Proven ability to influence and build trust with complex stakeholders
• Experience with org design, performance management, and change initiatives
• Comfort operating autonomously in ambiguous environments
• Hands-on use of AI tools to improve how people work

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives on org design, leadership effectiveness, and strategic people decisions
• Diagnose team and organizational challenges; recommend actionable, systems-level solutions
• Coach leaders and managers through performance, development, and difficult conversations
• Lead change management for org, strategy, and operating model transitions
• Improve cross-functional alignment across Business Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations
