We seek an energetic, data-minded professional to collaborate with a close-knit customer team, coaching and up-skilling colleagues while driving value across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of applied experience consulting to organisations or as SME within an organisation.
• Experience with surveys throughout the employee lifecycle (candidate, onboarding, engagement, inclusion, exit) and/or 360-type feedback.
• Experience designing, implementing and analysing surveys and presenting insights to executives and HR leaders.
• Comfortable with data; basic knowledge of statistics and research methods.
• Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets and willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to design and build people-centric feedback surveys.
• Lead survey design and results review sessions with HR leaders to CEOs.
• Work with client data and survey outcomes to identify valuable themes and stories to improve culture and outcomes.
• Generate actionable and predictive insights from HR data sets including engagement, lifecycle, performance and team effectiveness feedback.
• Support and build domain expertise for customer facing teams through coaching and training.
