Qualifikationen

• 3+ years’ experience in an HR, People Analytics, or analytics-focused role.
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data modeling) and strong PowerPoint for presenting data clearly.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (Rippling strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated experience with and genuine interest in AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT).

Aufgaben

• Run employee reports and dashboards, summarize findings, and suggest concrete actions for stakeholders.
• Maintain data integrity in HRIS and build automations, workflows, and integrations.
• Streamline P&C workflows using HRIS, formulas, scripts, Airtable, and AI tools to scale operations.
• Support survey design, deployment, and analysis and translate results into themes and recommendations.
• Assist with the annual compensation cycle including data preparation and benchmarking.
• Run audits to ensure data accuracy and support mandated reporting (EEO-1).
• Partner with leaders and Finance on staffing data and analyses.
• Provide data oversight and mentor the People Operations team on ad hoc initiatives.
