Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Program Manager to join the People PM Team in Boston. You will own key People Programs from talent acquisition to compensation, applying strong project management, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to drive initiatives.

You will partner with leaders across the business, manage risks, and communicate insights that shape operational decisions and outcomes for the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program management, operations, HR, or consulting experience.
• Experience delivering end-to-end programs with risk mitigation and tracking.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute key People programs and projects.
• Maintain program schedules, briefs, trackers, and risk registers.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to inform decisions.
• Translate people data into clear, actionable project plans for leaders.
• Build trust with senior partners and communicate updates across teams.
• Drive alignment and outcomes by crafting compelling narratives for stakeholders.
