Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience in global, high-growth organizations.
• Ability to diagnose organizational issues in a matrixed environment and design systemic talent solutions.
• Advanced change management leadership for large-scale shifts with minimal friction.
• Strong analytics with dashboards and capacity planning to accelerate planning.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategies into a multi-year talent roadmap.
• Synthesize data to provide ROI insights for enablement and talent programs.
• Lead end-to-end organizational transformations and realignments post-M&A or strategic shifts.
• Provide proactive executive coaching to directors and senior leaders.
• Oversee annual people cycles: performance, compensation calibration, and talent reviews.
• Model ethical culture and drive inclusive practices while balancing targets and values.
• Work from our Santa Clara office within a hybrid model.
