Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Director, People Business Partner to drive people and organizational strategies across the Finance organization. You will coach leaders, enable change, and implement data-driven HR solutions that align with business goals.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to design programs, manage talent, and preserve a high-performance culture in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights to drive people programs and solutions.
• Track record of coaching leaders and advising on sensitive employee relations, performance management, and organizational diagnostics.
• Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing a small team.
• Ability to develop and execute people strategies by analyzing organizational needs and setting impactful goals.
