Skillz is seeking a Senior People Business Partner in Las Vegas, NV to partner with leaders, improve retention, and address people risks with data-informed interventions. You will collaborate across teams to ensure a strategic people agenda that supports rapid growth.

Responsibilities include managing performance cycles, onboarding, and lifecycle support, while driving process improvements and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in a People/HR Business Partner role.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent education/work experience.
• Experience in conflict management and driving project management and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• People Business Partnership: Serve as Senior People Business Partner for assigned groups, partnering with leaders to improve retention and address people risks using data-informed interventions.
• Performance & Talent Programs: Own end-to-end performance management lifecycle for the assigned teams, including 30/90-day reviews and talent planning actions.
• Leader Enablement & Coaching: Advise managers on organizational design, performance, engagement, and decision-making.
• Employee Lifecycle Support: Lead onboarding and day-to-day people needs for assigned teams.
• People Operations & Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve processes and scale programs.
