Client is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to partner with go-to-market leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations, strengthening organizational health and guiding leadership through change in a remote-first environment.

The role emphasizes design of succession plans for scalable growth, measurement of program impact, and application of modern tools including AI to enhance diagnostics and decision-making. 12+ years in HRBP/OD or 8+ with advanced degree required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years as People/HRBP or in organizational development; or 8+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience partnering with go-to-market teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations.
• Proven success developing senior leaders and coaching managers.
• Strong skills in organizational design, succession planning, and change management.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and provide candid feedback without formal authority.
• Discretion and sound judgment to manage sensitive team health data.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose organizational health to assess team performance and direction.
• Measure and adapt programs based on effectiveness data.
• Coach leaders through change and complex organizational challenges.
• Lead org design and succession planning efforts with business leaders.
• Create leadership development programs and team offsites.
