• Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders on people, performance, and organizational challenges.
• Partner on organizational effectiveness, team structures, reporting lines, and workforce needs.
• Lead performance management coaching and development of improvement plans.
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, and policy issues with guidance.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HRIS to implement effective solutions.
• Provide candid counsel to leaders and drive execution of people initiatives.
