Follett Software, LLC is seeking a Senior People Partner to support Product & Technology, Marketing, and Finance teams. This role blends strategic partnership with hands-on execution to design healthy, high-performing teams aligned to business goals.

You will use data and technology to support better decision-making and create transparent processes. You are growth-oriented, collaborate across functions, and coach leaders through complex situations while maintaining a strong focus on performance

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in HR/People Partner or HR Business Partner roles.
• Experience supporting technical teams (Product, Engineering, IT); Marketing/Finance exposure is a plus.
• Experience with fully remote or highly distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration.
• Ability to influence across functions and levels without formal authority.
• Proven track record of advancing cross-functional work where ownership is shared.
• Strong relationship-building, high emotional intelligence, and good judgment in sensitive situations.
• Operational mindset with attention to detail, timelines, and follow-through.
• Growth mindset with openness to new approaches and iteration.
• Comfort with HR systems and data-driven decision making.

• Serve as primary People Partner to leaders in Product & Technology, Marketing, and Finance.
• Advise on org design, headcount planning, team structure, and change management.
• Surface risks and opportunities early; propose options and recommendations.
• Build trusted relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
• Influence decisions with questions, tradeoffs, and clear recommendations.
• Coach managers through complex situations and conflicts.
• Navigate conflict while preserving trust and progress.
• Translate programs into practical guidance for leaders and teams.
• Identify process gaps and partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Support managers in setting expectations and giving effective feedback.
• Help identify top talent and successors for critical roles.
• Use people metrics to inform leadership decisions.
