Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR/People Partner experience.
• Experience supporting technical teams (Product/Engineering/IT) preferred; exposure to Marketing/Finance is a plus.
• Experience with remote or distributed teams and asynchronous collaboration.
• Influence across functions and levels without formal authority.
• Strong relationship-building, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment.
