Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in HR/People Partner or HRBP roles.
• Experience supporting technical teams (Product, Engineering, IT) preferred; exposure to Marketing/Finance is a plus.
• Experience with remote/hybrid teams and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary People Partner to leaders in Product & Technology, Marketing, and Finance, aligning people plans with org goals.
• Advise on org design, headcount planning, and change management.
• Coach managers and employees through complex situations and cross-functional initiatives.
