You’ll help leaders design healthy, high-performing teams, align people strategy to business goals, and make thoughtful people decisions that serve both employees and the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years in HR/People Partner roles.
• Experience supporting technical teams; remote collaboration required.
• Experience with remote or distributed teams and asynchronous work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary People Partner to leaders in Product & Technology, Marketing, and Finance.
• Advise on org design, headcount planning, and change management.
• Coach managers and employees through complex situations and performance issues.
• Lead core People cycles with clear timelines and expectations.
• Use people metrics to inform leader decisions and improve processes.
