Lumos is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the HRBP relationship across multiple business groups. You will drive performance cycles, employee relations, and manager coaching while enabling AI‑driven improvements in HR operations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of HR experience in a startup or high‑growth company
• 3–5 years in a true HRBP or business partner capacity
• Ability to own and drive performance management, employee relations, and coaching initiatives
• Comfort with using AI tools to reshape HR operations
• Strong business acumen and ability to tie people actions to business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Own the HRBP relationship for your business groups, including performance management, employee relations, and coaching
• Lead and evolve performance cycles, pulse surveys, and talent assessments with leadership
• Identify and resolve people-related issues, coach managers, and drive employee experience improvements
• Design and implement AI‑driven automation to reduce manual HR work and improve data quality
• Partner with HR and business leaders to optimize the people tech stack and reporting
