Qualifications

• 8+ years as a top-tier PBP in a similar model.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced technology company.
• Deep expertise with AI and its impact on work.
• Ability to focus on business outcomes and show data-backed insights.

Responsibilities

• Refine and lead People programs (levelling, promotions, performance cycles).
• Drive workforce planning, org design, and change management with market insights.
• Collaborate with People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards to boost execution of People initiatives.
