Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced technology company.
• Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI and how it is changing the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Refine and guide development of People programs (levelling, promotions, performance cycles).
• Drive workforce planning and organizational design aligned to business needs and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with People Team members to uplift and execute People Team operations.
